Mascha is an allround team player full with leadership skills. There is a reason she gets asked to join the events for the biggest brands, yacht shows or conferences and there is definitely reason for ‘Senior’ to be in her title of Senior Event Manager. Mascha has an entrepreneurial way of thinking, within the scope off managing an events team. The all rounder that she is has expertise in high-end events and an eye for details and styling, giving events that extra bit of uplift, going from great to greatness. She is direct and has a result-oriented approach with respect for individual values and development. In other words, not only does she do her job well, she pushes her team to do the same by means of enthusiasm and positivity. Her competences furthermore are in overall project management, marketing & communication, hospitality and food & beverage. Like we said, an events all-rounder to the fullest.
